How cancellations, returns and refunds work at Rasphia-jewellery.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order that has not been sent yet by asking the business. It is then refunded in full.
Returns
Rasphia-jewellery does not take returns, except as the law requires and for goods that arrive damaged, wrong or not delivered. Ask before you buy.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the way you paid, normally within 5 to 7 working days of the business approving them. Your bank can take longer to show it.
If a booking or order could not be completed after you paid, you are refunded in full.
